Congratulations to the B Grade Black, A Grade and Mens` Teams for their STSA 2004/05 premierships . The Central Bears Softball Club is in its 43rd season. We have teams in all grades from Teeball to Senior Women and Men and numerous accredited coaches. Our club is keen to develop our junior players and see them progress to become part of our senior teams in the future. We have many current state representatives (junior and senior players and officials) and current Australian players, Alisa Denne, a member of the Australian women`s squad and Brad Carver is a current Australian men`s squad member. MEN/BOYS 2002/2003 We are the reigning Men`s Statewide Champions and Southern Tasmanian Softball Association premiers. Our U15 boys` team is also Southern premiers. WOMEN 2002/2003 We are the Tasmanian Fastpitch A Grade women`s champions. B (reserve) Grade (Green team) and our grade 7/8 girls` and 9/10 girls` teams are Southern Tasmanian Association premiers.
